LIMITED EDITION of 200 copies, this is number 14, SIGNED by Kalman Levitan on the colophon, designed and printed by Norman W. Forgue at the Black Cat Press for Levitan's Kaycee Press using Linotype Century with Ludlow Garamond Italic types and printed on Teton Tirara paper. This small book was produced as a keepsake for the first Miniature Book Collectors meeting held at Englewood, Ohio, September 3-5, 1983. At the same time, the first Miniature Book Publisher Conclave and Miniature Book Fair were held at Tips City, Ohio. Levitan was elected as the first President of what became the Miniature Book Society during these meetings. Kalman Levitan, rabbi, was a chaplain the US Air Force, who also wrote and spoke "Extensively about miniature books. He wrote a reference book entitled A Collection of References Pertaining to Miniature Books published by Kaycee Press in 1985. This work drew upon Levitan's extensive personal collection of such material." Bradbury, p. 113.
