It was also issued in 1962 by Butler & Ferrigno Lithographic Company, without a limitation stated. The copyright page of the miniature book has a copyright date of 1962 with a serif font. Also, in the upper left hand corner of the copyright page of the miniature book is an ISBN in a sans serif type. Worldcat lists 9 editions, including a miniature book edition from 1985.
