Pierre Simon Fournier (1712-1768) was the most outstanding typographic artist of his age through his ability to modernize the traditional letter forms. This volume contains a facsimile of one of Fournier's type specimens. Allen Hutt was an international typographic authority, specializing in the design of newspapers.
