Metzcar, in this copy the foreword is taped in at the gutter, with ms. correction at line 3, and a typed revision taped at the top margin of the second page, and a ms. note, "Revision of Original printing, February 1952" in the top margin of the first page (presumably in the hand of Judson D. Metzcar), printer's notice in red; text following the Foreword is clean and un-marked. Yellow printed wrappers, titled in red ink, stitched; binding square and tight, shelf wear, soiling to covers. Good. This publication consists of a two-page Foreword by Judson D. Metzgar followed by the text of a play written in verse by Arthur Davison Ficke upon a visit to the exhibition of Sharaku Japanese prints at the New York Gallery of Modern Art in 1921.
